NO... We can only guarantee we will do out best to clean any marks off. The effectiveness will depend on many factors including but not limited to the the type of stain ans what it is on. For example unsealed concrete that has red clay ground into it or oil stains will most likely not be able to have the marks fully removed. You would need to have a restoration service done. Bat droppings and eggs that have been left for too long can damage the paint underneath and leave a mark that we can not remove.
